I have 10 years experience as a marriage and family therapist during which I have helped a diverse clientele with a wide variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stage of life struggles, grief, and problems with alcohol and/or drug use. I have 5 years experience working on medically supervised addiction treatment teams. My approach is non-judgmental and supportive; I believe we are all just humans doing the best we can to deal with human problems. I strive to understand a person's problems from their perspective, but I also provide different points of view when I think it would be helpful in moving someone through an issue or concern.
