About

Hi. My name is LeAnn Cook, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have a Masters in mental health counseling and live in Upstate New York. My experiences include five years working in an inpatient psychiatric unit and three years with a community mental health center. I have worked with a wide array of challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma, relationships, marriage, parenting, grief, and addictions. My theories and interventions include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person- centered, solution focused, and motivational interviewing. My goal is to make you feel comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings about the challenges you’re facing. I enjoy helping others and look forward to talking with you!
