Life can be hard, especially if you feel overwhelmed and not in control. Anxiety, life stressors and sexual concerns can become debilitating which can make it hard to find energy and motivation. You might even notice you are masking in front of others leaving you even more exhausted. What you feel and are experiencing is valid.
