Reaching out for help can be difficult, as there may be thoughts and fears of being misunderstood or perceived in a negative way. It is my hope and privilege to provide a safe space to share about human experiences and collaborate about opportunities for growth and healing.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and am currently licensed in California with experience working with adolescents, adults, and offender populations. I am excited to join the Find A Therapist team and expand the opportunity to provide people with quality mental health services. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, chronic pain and health issues, relationship challenges, difficulties or exploration with identity and sexuality, legal issues, work-related issues, equine-assisted therapy, and adjusting to many of the challenges that are guaranteed through life on planet Earth. I utilize a client-centered approach, as I believe you are an expert on you and should be an integral part of the treatment process. Additionally, I incorporate cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches in an effort to challenge thinking patterns, identify alternate perspectives, and increase awareness and empowerment in the moment.
