Hello!
I am a client centered, trauma focused therapist who would love to get to know you and your story. I love being able to help people achieve their goals and heal from their pasts. I got my MSW at Virginia Commonwealth University and now live in Iowa with my family (pets and humans). I currently work in a crisis center full time. I am excited to engage with longer term therapy here at Find A Therapist. My specialties include: anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and attachment. I am trained in motivational interviewing, EMDR, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, solutions focused therapy.
In my spare time I enjoy gardening, spending time with my animals and doing odd jobs!
