I am a licensed psychotherapist . I am licensed in Michigan (go blue) and have been practicing for 3 years. I have worked with a wide variety of clients including: substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, school and or career difficulties, relationship difficulties, family issues, and trauma.

I consider myself a creative, eclectic, and nurturing therapist. I utilize cognitive behavioral, motivational
Interviewing, solution focused , trauma focused cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic approach. I believe in meeting each client individually where they are and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
