I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 18+ years experience working with children, teens, adults and families in many types of environments and situations . I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, ADHD, trauma and abuse, relationships, motivation, Asperger’s, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. My therapy style has been described as part “Drill sergeant” and part “Cheerleader” due to my strong desire to challenge clients to move beyond survival to thriving in their lives and the environments in which they live everyday. I enjoy working closely with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, a map and an understanding of what to pack for your life changing journey and what “baggage” to leave behind that has been weighing you down. I am here to support you in that process with this warning: I won’t promise you it will be easy, but IT will be worth it!!
