I am a native North Dakotan with over 20 years experience working in mental health, the last 15 of which have been as an individual therapist (LCSW). I have worked with people over the years with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Grief, Bipolar, and Personality disorders.
I use a warm and conversational approach. I believe in flexibility of therapy and work with the individual for what are looking for from a therapist. If people do well with homework assignments, we'll do that. If not, we'll work to the person's strengths. I'll do my best to fit your needs.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however mix other modalities in as appropriate.
