I am a licensed masters level social worker from Michigan and I have been helping people with my degree since 2009. I have worked in many areas including long term care, skilled nursing facilities, adult foster care homes and an inpatient psychiatric facility. I work with people who are depressed, anxious, grieving and have a variety of other mental health concerns. As you can see, I’ve helped a wide range of adults, and I would love the opportunity to help you too!

As a social worker, I have been clinically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which generally means that our thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all related. If we can change the way we think, we can change the way we feel and act. I also believe that just by simply being given time and support while sharing your thoughts and feelings can be the most powerful tool there is. Together, we can identify what is troubling you and develop important coping skills and solutions. I do not believe in a quick fix; therapy is something that takes time and dedication to truly be a life changing experience.

I am available by video and phone- whichever is easiest and preferable for you.
