Over 10 years I have provided support and education to those struggling with trauma, personality and mood disorders, and a wide variety of stress factors. I am culturally curious, a partner in recovery from severe symptoms, and the development of increased social support and coping skills. What is your approach to therapy? Often I see results with use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as related to the way one thinks about things, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as a blueprint to respond more effectively to the stress and demands of life. I seek to improve the way you feel about yourself, your behavior toward others, and increase acceptance, encouragement, and positivity to strengthen you to continue your journey. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? A feeling of validation, support, and partnership in your journey toward emotional recovery.
