Sometimes in life we get stuck. Whether it’s depression, anxiety or trauma rearing it’s ugly head, we need help. I offer individual sessions to help you manage all of the hurdles life throws you way. Ever since I took my first psychology class in high school, I new I wanted to be a therapist. I wanted to help people overcome some of the hardest things in their life. After years of school and internships, I am finally able to open my own practice to do just that. I have a special interest in trauma but I also treat anxiety, depression and OCD. I offer empathetic and compassionate care for you and I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
