Circumstantially, there are numerous reasons why individuals reach out to professionals such as me. Similarly, this is my primary reason for choosing to educate and establish my credential as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, so that when individuals seek support, I can provide emotional support and professional guidance. I have more than ten years in the field of Social Work. I have previous mental health experience as a hospital social worker 5150 involuntary evaluator, children, adolescence, young adult, and family mental health clinician. Currently, I am working in the field of child welfare servicing children and families. In addition, my therapeutic approach for practice is a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy to provide education on how individuals’ thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns might affect self-reflecting and relationships with others. Another key element of my practice is to highlight how trauma can affect individuals’ viewpoints towards future goals.
