About

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, with 5 years experience of working with teens, parents and educators dealing with major life changes. with over 10 years of I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, stress, compassion fatigue, burnout and other career challenges. I also helped many clients who have suffered from abuse or parents who are working though the abuse of their child.

My therapy style is personal, warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion creating a safe environment for effective counseling. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, solution focused and client centered. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

The first step is always the hardest and often times we think that seeking therapy means that we aren't capable of doing it ourselves. but I encourage you to see therapy as a step in strengthening and discovering the hidden strengths inside yourself that just need a reminder that they are there, as well as to discover new parts of yourself. It is those that are courageous and brave enough to step out into the unknown that are the strongest.
