Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) / Life Coach with almost 10 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns but my specialties are mood disorders, relationship issues, LGTBQ experiences, and problems associated with giftedness in adulthood. In addition, I find career joy in working to heal past trauma and repair self esteem.

My treatment style is often described as approachable and engaging, which I hope makes it easier to come back! I believe that life is some sort of journey we on but along the way we get periodically stuck. You can think of me as a temporary guide to help you regroup and get through whatever is blocking you. Like most therapists, I have my favorite treatment approaches, such as emotion focused and attachment based therapies, with some cognitive behavioral tools thrown in the mix. But I want you to experience real and personal change, not some academic theory of change, so I am willing to throw in the proverbial kitchen sink of techniques I have learned through the years to help you find a transformational idea that just 'clicks' for you.
