I am licensed in California with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients cope with many life concerns, including relationship problems, infidelity, grief and loss, infertility, adoption, low self esteem & career difficulties.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
My 30 years of experience working in corporate roles (mostly HR) can be helpful in establishing rapport. I am a graduate of the University of Michigan (BA) and the University of Southern California (MS).
I think that working with clients in live sessions is the most effective mode of therapy. While I'm open to exchanging messages in between live sessions, I've found it best to meet face-to-face.
