My goal as your therapist is to guide you to identify your inner strengths during the therapeutic relationship. I specialize in everyday life problems, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, addiction and adjustment issues. I have experience working with people from all walks of life, and assisting individual clients, couples and families experiencing relationship issues. I currently provide individual therapy services to clients experiencing suicidal thoughts, mental health, substance abuse, and PTSD utilizing a client centered, solution focused approach to assist clients in therapy. I offer affordable counseling to individual, adults, couples and families. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a masters degree in Community Counseling and currently work as an independent clinician. I will listen to you with empathy, without judgment.
