I am licensed in Michigan with 36 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, motivation, self esteem, intimate partner violence, self compassion, confidence and finding meaning.

Although we have a little control over the hand life deals us, I believe it is never too late to heal, learn new and more effective behaviors to create the life you have always dreamed of living.
