I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in New York with eight years of experience, working to help provide emotional healing from life’s stressors. I have worked with people challenged by anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, OCD, phobia’s, and life stressors. My approach is client centered, solution and strength based through Cognitive behavioral theory and Adlerian.

When working with clients, my approach is warm and collaborative. I like to explore the mind, body, and spirit as each piece is important to explore. I strive to make therapy a safe and respectful, positive and meaningful place for all people. I believe that therapy is a way to process and talk through ones past or present challenges by exploring ones inner strength to help heal and grow.
