I am a wellness coach and licensed psychotherapist combined for over 20 years in NY, and California. I bring my enthusiasm for healing and helping my clients reclaim their lives. My approach is holistic and includes mindfulness, DBT, Somatic and Psychodynamic. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes.
