For those times you feel alone, scared and unsure, it helps to have someone who can support and encourage you through difficult and challenging times. I believe therapy is about working to improve yourself and learning to express your thoughts and feelings. My main objective is to provide a safe and supportive environment to help me understand and learn from you in the areas that you need assistance.

I have been providing services to adults for over 10 years. I received both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work.

My area of focus is helping adults learn to cope with a wide range of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and life transitions, as well as every day challenges. Throughout my years of providing therapy, I have provided supportive therapy to clients individually and within a family system.

My approach in therapy is using cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, as well as using strengths-based approach.

When we meet, we will work together to develop a plan and learn techniques that will help you reach your goals.
