The principles of my practice are based on safety and respect. I understand that initiating therapy may be uncomfortable and I make every effort to simplify the process and meet you where you’re at.
Before pursuing private practice, I provided clinical services to hundreds of people by leading an Intensive-Outpatient Program for treatment of mental health disorders, emotional issues, and addiction. The fast paced role gave me extensive training in developing effective treatment for improving mental and emotional health.
The most common feedback I receive from clients has been along the lines of, “I should have done this sooner.” I like to help people feel understood, confront their pains and become motivated to change while living life more fully. All of this gives me energy when I wake up in the morning.
