I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has worked with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and women's and fertility issues. I have also worked in acute mental health care and have had a private practice for those who wanted to speak to someone neutral and professional. I've been honored to have a diverse career in counseling.
