I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Yoga Instructor with a certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy. I have 4 years of experience working with a variety of clients. I utilize a strengths-based, client-centered and trauma-informed approach and am a Nationally Certified Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) provider.

I am passionate about healing through the creative arts and incorporate many elements of expressive arts into the therapy process including drama therapy, music, writing, visual art and movement as well as more traditional therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and somatic approaches including Sensorimotor Therapy, yoga, mindfulness, visualization, and relaxation. My favorite art medium is collage, visual journaling, and mixed media.

My ideal client is 18+ and looking for an alternative approach to therapy and is open to creative, somatic and holistic healing methods such as Expressive Arts, yoga, or intuitive approaches. I look forward to meeting with you and seeing what we can create together!
