I am a licensed Mental Health Provider and licensed Certified Masters of Social Work licensed in Nebraska. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, childhood trauma/behaviors, and much more.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines a holistic approach to include different therapy approaches including cognitive-behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, DBT, and other specific treatment modalities that will be tailored to your needs and treatment plan.
