About

I am a therapist who enjoys working with clients to find and develop their strengths. I have worked in rural Montana with families, in residential foster care outside New York City, in hospitals and schools too! Now I am in Massachusetts raising my family near the ocean and working in both a clinic and a private practice. Recently my work has focused on helping clients develop tools and strategies to lessen anxiety. I also enjoy working with couples. As a trained Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) I incorporate DBT strategies often . Connecting to people on Talkspace has been a valuable and fun opportunity.
