I am a therapist who has been working in the field since 2008. I have an extensive history offering general mental health therapy to adults. Over the years I have begun to specialize in addictions and trauma. I am formally trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.

I prefer to view my role as a therapist as more of a facilitator in helping you successfully address the problems in your life that you have identified as problematic. I look forward to working with you.
