Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMCH) in Massachusetts with training and experience in sport psychology, personal training, and integrative medicine for mental health. I earned a master's degree in Mental Health and Behavioral Medicine with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boston University School of Medicine. I am also a certified provider by the Mental Health Integrative Medicine Institute, personal trainer (ACE and Crossfit L1), and certified nutrition coach (PN-1).

I have over ten years of experience working with adolescents and adults in individual and group settings and have provided sport psychology consultations and/or counseling to high school and collegiate sports teams as well as child and adult individual athletes. My work has focused on attentional regulation, anxiety, depression, and peak performance. I enjoy using a strength-based approach and cognitive behavioral strategies to guide clients toward acknowledging and achieving their full potential of well being.
