About

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State and have been providing therapy since 2006. I utilize a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Resiliency Model, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am also trained in Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique.

I have experience helping people with a variety of issues and my main areas of interest are anxiety, trauma, co-occurring issues, parinatal mental health issues, and supporting people during times of transition. I aim to help build individualized treatment tactics and goals for each patient and value a team approach to therapy. I believe in providing a therapy space that is compassionate, open minded, and interactive.
