I am a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania and North Carolina with over 5 years of experience working mostly with Substance Use and Abuse treatment. In addition to substance use, I have worked with clients with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, parenting problems, postpartum depression, significant life changes, and trauma.

My therapy style is warm and genuine. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion and sensitivity. My approach is person centered. I believe that you are the expert of your life and that you have many strengths to help you overcome challenges you are facing. I am laid back and tend to let you lead the session and put the focus on what is important to process or work on for you, in that moment.
