My educational background is from Stony Brook University (undergrad and graduate). I am also bilingual (Spanish). I have extensive experience within the mental health field and have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I enjoy working with all different kinds of populations and age ranges. We will work together to meet goals at a pace that works for you! What is your approach to therapy? My priority is to create a safe space for self-exploration and growth. I am compassionate, relatable, and genuinely interested in getting to know whomever I get to work with. I pull from a variety of treatment modalities to offer the most appropriate care for the person sitting in the virtual seat across the screen.
