I am a marriage and family therapist with 5 years of experience working in private practice. I have worked with clients to identify healthier relationship dynamics, improved communication tools, and a more positive outlook on their relationships. Additionally, I have helped individuals work through anxiety, depression, and grief.
I became a therapist to give people an opportunity to feel confident when navigating the roller coaster of life. Sometimes we receive curveballs and don’t quite know what to do about it—therapy can give you an unbiased, informed perspective to create a path forward.
