I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults. My background includes working with individuals in a variety of settings who have or had suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, substance use, family stressors, and more. My goal is to empower individuals by working with them to identify and develop skills to make positive changes in their lives. I help you explore the intrusive or bothersome thoughts, patterns, emotions and behaviors that are preventing you from being happy and bring balance back into your life. Working together and redirecting negative though patterns will help you relax, focus, and increase your energy. The ultimate focus is on helping individuals, love and fully accept themselves.
