Hello! I'm Lauren and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist in North Carolina. I have been providing individual therapy for 5 years, working with concerns that include: depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship issues, life changes, low self-esteem, and various forms of trauma. My counseling style is client-centered and genuine because I believe each individual deserves to heal and grow in a space that is safe, authentic, and free of judgment. I am dedicated to working with you through challenges, exploring your strengths, and helping you learn healthy and effective coping skills. I utilize a counseling approach that includes cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, solution-focused, and mindfulness-based therapies.
