I admire and respect the courage it takes for anyone to seek counseling for themselves. I know it isn’t always easy, so I applaud you for taking the first step in your journey! I provide a safe and confidential environment for individuals to share their life experiences and any struggles they may be facing. I strive to empower individuals to overcome personal obstacles using clinically tested and evidence based interventions. I believe in a strengths based approach, and want to help you restore hope for yourself.

My areas of specialty include substance use and recovery, LGBTQ, spirituality, depression, anxiety, adult child of alcoholics/dysfunctional families and co-dependency, relationships, abandonment, and grief. I’m experienced in working with adolescents, adults, and families.

I graduated from the University of North Alabama with a master’s degree in Community Counseling in 2011. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
