Lauren Topel brings hope and support to adolescents and adults with depression and anxiety. Additionally, she has supported people who have Attention Deficit Disorder (ADHD) and other learning differences for 15+ years to enjoy and make use of their gifts, while developing new habits to get past challenges. Lauren assists with identifying and achieving goals, planning and management skills, identifying and processing emotions, developing healthier self-esteem and relationships, and bolstering self-efficacy. Through a positive therapeutic relationship, she teaches mindfulness and cognitive behavioral techniques along with other life skills. Lauren's Masters courses in Special Education from Quincy University and Masters of Social Work degree from Jane Addams College provide her with frameworks and tools to support holistic, customized, evidence-based interventions for individuals. She has helped many individuals find hope, excitement, and brighter futures, in a fun, safe environment.
