I have been in the field for over 15 years, and I am passionate about my work. I work in such a manner that is very open and honest. In order to get the most out of counseling, you and I should feel comfortable with one another. With a strong connection and open communication, I am confident that you will be on a quick road to a happier, healthier you. I am easy to get along with and still believe that sometimes you just have to laugh to feel better! In my practice, I work with people ages 14 and up. I love the variety of personalities and life experiences.
I use Cognitive Behavioral and Reality therapies in my practice because I feel as though they are realistic, easily understood and can truly provide life changing coping skills. When applied, these are skills that can be used forever- in day to day situations or life changing events.
