I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with over 8 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Some frequent presenting concerns I work with include stress management, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, communication challenges, and building self-esteem.

I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, understood, and supported in their journey toward becoming their best selves. In addition to providing support, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and trauma-focused techniques.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy being outside, cooking, crafting, and spending time with my dog.
