I am a clinical mental health counselor licensed in North Carolina with 7 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem/confidence struggles, relationship issues, & difficulties with life transitions. I tend to implement a combination of client-centered, strength-based, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. As a person, I am down to earth and have the ability to see all perspectives.

My style as a therapist allows me to offer a comforting, empathetic, and supportive environment for clients to unpack the weight of a challenging/emotionally difficult situation. With an understanding, compassionate, and pragmatic approach, I strive to help clients gain clarity & work through the tough realities of life. I believe in my clients and work with them to uncover their own strengths and skills, allowing them to achieve their desired goals.
