I believe in a non-judgmental, person-centered approach to counseling in which my client feels they have a comfortable forum to examine factors that may be causing pain or unhappiness in their life. It is my mission to help individuals face life's challenges in a safe and supportive environment- not only to tackle their current life situation, but to gain the necessary tools to cope with future problems in a healthy and productive manner.
I have particular experience working with anxiety/depression, sexuality, strengthening relationships and communication. I enjoy helping people who are looking to understand themselves on a deeper level. My goal for therapy is to help clients explore their lives and feelings in order to live a more fulfilling life in a way that works for them
