I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has experience with all ages in different types of settings. I offer individual, child, and family counseling. I prefer a holistic approach to counseling by address the big picture: your physical, mental, emotional , social, and spiritual needs. They all tie in together! My therapy is very much client-centered so that the focus is on you and your surroundings so that I can get a better picture of the whole you. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques that include cognitive behavioral, solution focused, trauma informed, mindfulness, and more. Everyone is different so I use the technique that best suits you and makes you the most comfortable. My strength has always been empathic listening, so I feel like I provide a safe and accepting atmosphere so that you feel heard, validated, and most importantly...empowered.
