I am a holistic, solution-focused psychotherapist and practice through a social justice, trauma-informed, and Health at Every Size (HAES)® lens. I believe therapy to be the brave and valiant effort to continuously grow and commit to your wellness and healing. It is my pleasure and honor to accompany you in exactly that mission. I began my career working in the Office of Dr. Deborah Berman as well as Contemporary Therapeutic Services, during which I supported my clients in managing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, disordered eating/eating disorders, life transitions, substance use, body shame, chronic illness, and more. I have since joined the Body Liberation Collective due to my passion and commitment to exploring, prioritizing, and healing one’s relationship with their body. We live in a world that weaponizes and oppresses bodies, and this work is how we create empowerment and change. You are the expert on you. I am here to help make sense of what you’re feeling, where you’ve been, and how we can harness that to guide you moving forward. I do not subscribe to a "one-size-fits-all" approach. While I am trained in several modalities and interventions, I hold first and foremost that each individual is exactly that: an individual. I tailor your care accordingly to create a personalized therapeutic style that feels best for you.
