Hi! I use a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to all my clients. I use a goal oriented, and solution focused approaches. I use a combination of treatments that are listed below. I modify my approaches and therapies because each client is different and unique. I use active listening, validation of feelings and emotional supportive responses so clients can feel comfortable opening up to me. I know it can be difficult to talk about sensitive, personal subjects. I have 25 years' experience in the mental health world. I did my education at Rider University. I have experience with different levels of care and different populations. I have two children and two fur babies.
