We will work together to get you through your current struggles, and overcome barriers and the added daily stressors. I provide a welcoming, safe and non-judgmental environment to process your feelings, set goals and enable personal growth and confidence. I utilize various approaches, such as solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. You've already taken the first step towards change.
