I have been working in the field of coaching and mental health since 2006. I find that offering support to people who are stuck, who desire to grown and who are curious about themselves to be an endless passion of mine. I love working with people, helping people connect the dots and make realistic life goals. I blend my background in humanistic, developmental and existential psychology with mindfulness, compassion therapy, and integrate many other holistic practices to offer a unique and individualized treatment modality that supports each clients unique growth goals. I specialize in working with people who desire to improve their relationships and who are dealing with issues relating to career and life path opportunities. I also enjoy working with people who are seeking out new ways to grow and evolve in the area of personal development and inter and intra-personal functioning.
