I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My deep-seated belief that clients have all the answers they need within themselves dictates how I practice therapy. Most humans are doing the best they can with what they have and sometimes try and find peace and safety in self-destructive ways. Positive intentions to protect oneself from pain, with negative consequences. My role as your therapist is to help you connect with your True Self, find the solutions to your problems, and walk through hardships gracefully by asking you the right questions and equipping you with the necessary tools. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of my work. I believe it can be a stepping stone toward helping you develop a positive and functioning relationship with yourself and others.
