Welcome and congratulations on taking such a brave step toward making positive changes in your life. I have over 20 years experience treating individuals in clinical and private practice settings using animal assisted therapy, art therapy, music therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, meditation and creative visualization. I have worked with children and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma.
In my current private practice treatment modalities include mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy to treat adults for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress management, and anger management. I believe that counseling is a process that treats mind, body and spirit where the therapist accompanies the client on his/her own journey toward inner peace and well-being.
