Hello! I am a licensed therapist in North Carolina with 7 years of counseling experience and 11 years working within the mental health field. My therapy background includes working with children, teens, adults, and couples. I specialize in helping clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, self-esteem, personality disorders, and healing from trauma. Deciding to talk to someone can feel scary or intimidating but my goal is to support you each step of the way. Whether you are returning to therapy or just starting, I strive to approach each individual and situation with an open mind, empathy, and kindness. I believe effective therapy provides honest objectivity that can help you gain insight and motivate you to make positive changes in your life.
