Hi there, I'm Laura! I believe we are all engaged in the heroic journey of working to move past traumatic events and negative and limiting beliefs to discover and celebrate our most authentic lives and selves. I work from a strengths-based approach to empower my clients to identify and develop their unique strengths and ability. My system helps them cope by forming strong, positive therapeutic relationships and utilizing CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, Family Systems Narrative Therapy, and humor. I welcome and celebrate differing individual backgrounds and characteristics and believe that the experience of being fully seen and accepted is an essential element of personal growth.
