I take a client-centered approach in working with all of my clients as each person is unique and a specific treatment plan will accommodate healing. I have extensive experience with trauma and I am EMDR trained. My overall approach is mindfulness-based as I believe that our thoughts and the emotions related to those thoughts control our life. I have struggled with anxiety and depression at various times in my life and have used many different modalities to affect change in my life. My own experience with anxiety and depression has taught me that our thoughts are the key to being at peace through this journey of life.
