I am a married mother of two teens and one preteen, who earned her Masters in Social Work at age 38 from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester NY. My hope is to provide you with a safe place to talk about things that are bothering you and to help you discover a way through it. The majority of my work has been with Veterans in an outpatient setting. I am also a four year Veteran of the US Army, having served in Wuerzburg Germany for most of my enlistment working as a Mental Health Specialist. My therapeutic approach is based in Motivational Interviewing and Problem Solving to get to the heart of an issue. I am compassionate and willing to assist you on your path to wellness.
